Articulate Rise Lesson Link

This interactive professional development module was created to introduce faculty to the principles and practice of backwards design—an evidence-based approach to course development that begins with identifying desired learning outcomes, then aligning assessments and instructional activities to achieve them.

Developed in Articulate 360, the module guides instructors through the three stages of backwards design using engaging multimedia, real-world examples, and opportunities for self-assessment. It emphasizes how intentional alignment between outcomes, assessments, and learning activities improves student engagement and achievement across all modalities of instruction.

The project reflects my expertise in instructional design, faculty training, and course quality assurance, as well as my commitment to creating clear, accessible, and pedagogically sound learning experiences for higher education faculty.
