eLearning Solutions
As an instructional designer, I develop learner-centered, accessible eLearning experiences using Articulate Rise. My design philosophy blends clarity, interaction, and alignment with measurable learning outcomes. Each lesson below demonstrates how I apply learning theories, visual design principles, and accessibility standards to create engaging, inclusive, and effective learning environments.
I am currently facilitating the Peer Review Training and Implementation process for our Open Educational Resource (OER) Course Templates. The professional development program includes a one-hour online training course and a two-hour hands-on workshop. In the online course, faculty explore two interactive Articulate Rise lessons that introduce Quality Matters (QM) standards and demonstrate how to evaluate course design elements effectively. During the live workshop, participants practice applying each QM Standard, collaboratively review course templates, and write constructive, evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
To enhance engagement and accessibility, I produced all training videos using Veed and designed custom visual assets in Canva. This combination of tools provides faculty with a clear, visually engaging, and user-friendly learning experience that models the same best practices we expect in our OER course designs. I have included one of the lessons here.
